HI, I’M ASHLEY LAUREN

Weaving artistry with the visual inspirations I draw from nature, the counseling and disability support work I engage in, and the communities to which I contribute.

Art is not a thing; it is a way.

Hi, I’m Ashley Lauren.

I am a passionate and compassionate creator, dedicated to integrating farming and food growing, creative arts, therapy, and disability support into a holistic approach to well-being and creative vitality.

As a budding farmer, I love to nurture the land with a focus on organic and bio-dynamic practices, cultivating both food and a deeper connection to nature and conscious farming practices.

Alongside farming, I am a skilled disability support worker, offering tailored assistance that empowers individuals with disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives. Within this work, I also channel my artistic talents as a creator, using art as a medium for expression, healing, and exploration.

As a trained creative therapist and counsellor, I help clients navigate personal challenges, using creative techniques to promote emotional well-being and self-discovery. By blending these diverse areas of expertise, I create an entrepreneurial space where nature, creativity, and therapy work together to foster healing, personal growth, and empowerment for individuals and communities alike.

Should you wish to collaborate, please feel free to contact me.

  • Art shop

Art is healing and rooted in nature. All of my Art is inspired by nature and many things are using natural elements. The Earth provides all the inspiration for my practice.

I create Art with a purpose, wearable art or just because art.

  • HOlistic blog

Here you will find musings, resources and lifestyle notes with Holistic Creativity.

Explore my top book lists each year, a 3 week panchakarma detox in detail that I did in 2022, and journals from my own reflective practices from psychology to the garden.

  • NDIS Core Supports

As an independent Support Partner, I cater to young adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, offering assistance with Core Supports such as daily living, social, economic, and community participation, as well as transport, core supports that are tailored to helping individuals set independent goals and acquire new skills.

I specialize in working with you to:
    - Meal Plan
    -Create a weekly budget
-Cook at my home (or yours) to create meals for the week ahead, focusing on nourishing foods that suit your diet requirements
    -transport + grocery shopping together

Cooking sessions at my home offer both a respite and an opportunity to enhance skills, making them a popular choice. My clients adore the Cedar Creek property, which spans over 2.5 acres, featuring a vast organic vegetable garden, chickens, a friendly German Shepherd, and the option for creek swims. It's like a mini-vacation that also serves to improve cooking abilities, independence and daily core supports.

As a sole trader and independent contractor, this support is appropriate for those on a self-managed plan.

Dear Ashley, I have worked with you now for over 6 months. I have seen momentous change internally, and externally too. I was held by you in a point of personal crisis, and ever so gently I was able to combine my gifts and create 1 business, of which you helped me create my website. Writing this now, it is hard to believe how much has happened in such a short space of time. I have discovered my path - and it feels full and rich and diverse, but I don't feel like I have to rush towards it, or receive it without effort either. It feels as if you aided my awareness process so deeply, subtly and powerfully that I can truly be all that I desired, and didn't see! I look forward to writing an appreciation for your work in greater depth. But for now, thank you so much. Your work has changed many facets of my life for the absolute best. Sending so much gratitude for what you are holding and who you are.

xx Lauren xx
